Montana added one death since Tuesday's report, bringing the total to 1,373 fatalities related to the respiratory illness. The state has administered 1,086,548 tests for the coronavirus, which is 4,986 more than Tuesday. The first case of COVID-19 in Montana was reported on March 11. Gallatin County topped the state on Wednesday and reported 34 new cases, bringing the county to 195 active reports out of 12,367 total. The county accounts for about 16% of the new cases reported that day and about 12% of active cases in Montana.
