[Photo/Xinhua] Hundreds of railway aficionados rushed through the entrance of Sung Wong Toi Station, located in Kowloon district, at around 5 am local time on June 27 in a bid to be among the first to ride the new, long-awaited Tuen Ma Line. While it is a symbol of speed and modernity, there is a nod to the local history of the centuries-old community the new station serves, with an exhibition of archaeological finds along with Chinese calligraphy in ink and brush.
