N.J. drivers must now move over when passing pedestrians, cy

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy signed into law a bill mandating drivers to move over or slow down when passing pedestrians, cyclists and other non-motorist users of roadways. Those who violate the new law face fines of up to $500 and two points added to their driving records.
