The Nevada Fair at Fuji Park is officially open. Reno Aces mascot Archie cut the ribbon at noon on Thursday, flanked by fair organizers and members of the Carson City Board of Supervisors. Returning for the second year, the Nevada Fair runs today through Sunday.
