New Hampshire House Passes Bill to Would Ban AI Facial Recog

Provisions in the legislation would prohibit "AI used with real-time and remote biometric identification systems used for surveillance in public spaces." This includes facial recognition systems. The proposed law would expressly ban AI biometric surveillance by law enforcement without a warrant.
