The state's death toll increased to 677, which is 1.76% of the total coronavirus cases in the state during the pandemic, which increased to 38,512. The people who died were all identified as age 60 or older. They were 10 residents of Hillsborough County (six women, four men), five residents of Merrimack County (four men, one woman), four residents of Rockingham County (three women, one man) and two Strafford County men. There state reported 305 people hospitalized Wednesday with COVID-19 for a pandemic total of 892 (2.32% of all cases). The number of people confirmed as recovered was 31,426 (82%).
