TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The import value of Batam City in March 2021 exceeded USD1,016.78 million. 
This number was compiled by the Central Statistics Department or BatamBPS with details of oil and gas imports of USD4.19 million and non-oil and gas imports of USD1,012.59 million. 
The import value of Batam City in March 2021 increased by 26 percent compared to February 2021. 
The increase in import value was caused by an increase in the import value of the non-oil and gas sector by 25.64 percent.
