Date Time Nitro World Games heats up in Brisbane Elite action BMX, skate and scooter sport is coming to Queensland with the Nitro World Games at Suncorp Stadium this October. One of the first major events to release tickets for sale this year, the Nitro World Games is being held outside of the USA for the first time and is already seeing avid fans lock in two-day passes from across the country. Tourism and Sport Minister Stirling Hinchliffe said the Nitro World Games would bring more than 60 competitors and thousands of spectators to Brisbane. “Nitro World Games at Suncorp Stadium is predicted to deliver more that $20 million to Queensland’s tourism economy, attracting up to 76,000 visitor nights,” Mr Hinchliffe said.
