San Antonio restaurant owner Mike Nguyen believes his CNN appearance last week spurred the racist remarks on his Noodle Tree storefront, but he went back on air Monday to send his own message.
"I'm not going to back down, I'm not going to be intimidated, you're not going to scare me," Nguyen addressed the vandals on CNN's OutFront.
