Most people who are vaccine-hesitant are only vaccine-hesitant in respect to AstraZeneca. They are not complacent. A follow-up question should have been; “Would you be willing to be vaccinated if offered the Pfizer vaccine?” I believe most of this group would jump at the chance to receive the Pfizer jab.
