Consequent upon successful commissioning, Unit-4 of 150 MW of Kameng Hydro-Electric Project (4x150 MW) of North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary company of NTPC Limited) has been declared on commercial operation w.e.f. 00:00 Hrs. of 12.02.2021.
With this, the commissioned and commercial capacity of NTPC group has become 64075 MW.
Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.97.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 678272 in over 2295 trades.
