Jan 14, 2021 Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) has released its 2021 Federal Legislative & Regulatory Agenda covering the First Session of the 117 th Congress. The agenda, created as a resource for congressional offices and regulatory agencies to utilize, updates the waste and recycling industry’s policy positions on important federal issues. “NWRA’s 2021 agenda addresses a record-high 40 policy positions on important federal issues impacting the waste and recycling industry.
