Walmart deli worker vies for US Olympic team — but he's not giving up his day job: 'His work ethic is unmatched'

A full-time Walmart worker is set to compete at the US Olympic track and field trials in Oregon following his surprise win in the 60-meter hurdles at the Millrose Games in February. Dylan Beard, 25, who hails from Raleigh, North Carolina, is working 40 hours a week behind the deli counter at a local Walmart while training for the trials, which will take place in June.
