"Songs of the Horizon: David Smith, Music, and Dance" Opens

Longtime Bolton Landing resident David Smith’s pioneering fusion of Surrealist and Cubist influences and use of welding made him one of the most innovative sculptors of the New York School. This summer's exhibition at The Hyde Collection, “Songs of the Horizon: David Smith, Music, and Dance" honors the museum's 60th anniversary and Smith's role as an early supporter.
