LAKE COUNTY, IL — Authorities in Lake County are urging parents to keep a close eye on their children's online activity following the arrest of a sexual predator accused of grooming children. The tips and advice from police comes as more people, including children, are interacting online amid the pandemic and the Lake County Sheriff's Office is seeing an uptick in reports from concerned parents.
