According to the school's website, chiropractic is “a health-care profession that focuses on the spine and other joints of the body, and their connection to the nervous system. The word ‘chiropractic’ means ‘to be done by hand’.” The new building, which cost $12 million, will house a number of features designed to improve students’ education. “Building 4” contains 33,000 square feet over two floors, and will feature four new classrooms with space for up to 130 students. Additionally, the building will house new labs “designed specifically for students to apply what they’re learning about movement science and rehabilitation in an ideal, technically-advanced setting.”
