French-Itallian fashion designer Pierre Cardin has died at the age of 98. His death was announced yesterday (Tuesday, December 29). Cardin was a fashion visionary who rose to fame in the 1960s and 1970s with his groundbreaking designs. Cardin’s death was confirmed by the France’s Fine Arts Academy via a statement on Twitter.
