Plano-based Green Brick Partners said Thursday that it has acquired land for 10 new neighborhoods in the Dallas area and Atlanta. “We are continuing to see record demand for homes, and in an effort to keep up with demand we have closed on over 5,700 home sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolis and in excess of 300 in the Atlanta metropolitan area,” Jed Dolson, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Green Brick Partners, said in a statement. “We are working quickly to remedy the low supply of new homes in our core markets.
