Jim Himes. The event highlighted the wide array of actions Biden has taken since taking office just over a week ago. His executive orders have ranged from setting a goal to protect 30 percent of the country’s land and coastal seas by 2030, to reimagining the federal government’s carbon footprint and rejoining the Paris Agreement.
