The victim in the shooting, a 34-year-old man, was transported to Naval Hospital Guam for treatment. The police's Criminal Investigation Division wants to question Nauta about the shooting on San Francisco Street. Anthony Vincent Ignacio, 36, self-surrendered to police Wednesday in connection with the shooting and was charged with attempted murder, guilt established by complicity as a first-degree felony, aggravated assault and guilt established by complicity as a second-degree felony. During an argument, Ignacio, who was driving a purple Suzuki Jinny, was heard by witnesses yelling out to his passenger to "blast him, Par," according to the magistrate's complaint. Ignacio's passenger then allegedly shot the victim with a shotgun.
