Congressman Henry Cuellar recognized a native Laredoan on Thursday for being the first ever to make a presentation fully in Spanish for prospective students at her university. Griselda Espinoza was more than thrilled for the recognition.
“I am writing to congratulate you on being part of the first-ever Spanish presentation for incoming freshmen students at Lamar State College Port Arthur.
