She and her husband closed Bianca's May 1 and spent the next week moving everything they could into storage. They plan for the new Bianca's to be almost identical to the original: same menu, same service team, same bartenders and cocktails and wines. They hope to stay in the same North Fort Myers neighborhood, as well, and would love to find another large space with about the same 175-person seating capacity. "We’re not going to turn into some kind of daytime lunch diner," Wildman said. "We want to maintain the brand and integrity that is Bianca's." The couple have done everything they can to let their customers know Bianca's will be coming back. They've plastered messages on their social media accounts and on the restaurant's voicemail. They've routed Bianca's phones to their personal lines and are doing their best to answer the many calls they continue to receive.
