Savannah Morning News UPDATE (1:22 p.m., Wed.): On Wednesday afternoon, the Chatham County Board of Elections announced that 33,000 of the 34,576 absentee ballots had been processed. The count was as of 1 p.m. They added that a delivery of 4,000 ballots were expected this afternoon and they expect to complete all remaining ballots by the end of Wednesday. Once updated, these results will include all Election Day in-poll ballots, all Advanced Voting in-poll ballots, and all Absentee-By-Mail ballots received to date, the elections board said in a statement.
