School Shootings Meet AR-15 Lapel Pins

US Congress Reps have donned an AR-15 lapel pin allegedly in support of 2nd Ammendment rights while school children fall daily into pools of their own blood after being shot by AR-15s. Nothing short of a ban on all civilian ownership of military style assault weaponry could curb the body count. But those AR-15 lapel pins and the lugubrious campaign donations from the NRA continue to divert our attention from the real issue into endless discussions of background checks, bump stocks, mental health, and criminals.
