The role The primary role of the senior project manager is to ensure high-quality and timely project management for a multi-country, multi-year, multi-partner European Union-DEVCO award, "Building Resilience: Education Opportunities in Fragile and Crisis Affected Environments". Key roles of the senior project manager are to provide a link between the two implementing Country Offices, SCI Niger and the SCI DRC and ensure that implementation in the two countries is according to donor agreement and that all communication between stakeholders is timely, transparent and harmonised. The senior project manager will act as the main link between the various stakeholders, including, research partners in the UK, Niger and the DRC, project managers in the two country offices and technical advisors.
