Skeena raised gross proceeds of C$8.5 million from the sale of 2,428,572 flow-through shares. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund exploration activities on the Company?s projects in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. The closing of the Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period in Canada expiring on April 23, 2021, which is four months and one day from the closing date.
