Country: United States The Social Norms Learning Collaborative (previously called the Learning Collaborative to Advance Normative Change) is a network of individuals and organizations working to influence and shape the field of social norms. The Learning Collaborative aims to build consensus on promising practices for program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling of proven norms-shifting initiatives. As of 2020, the Global Learning Collaborative is convened by the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University and the Center on Gender Equity and Health at the University of California - San Diego.
