Company Files Form 10, Finalizing Preparations in Advance of Near-Term Application to Uplist to the OTCQB Venture Market

(OTC PINK:SIRC), an integrated, single-source solar power and roofing systems installation company, today announced that it has finalized its transition to a fully reporting company with the completion of PCAOB audited financial statements for the fiscal years ended February 29, 2020 and February 28, 2019 and the filing of a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
