After that flight in March 2017, Musk appeared with an upbeat group SES officials – the European satellite operator did get a discount for flying on a "used" booster, after all – and laid out SpaceX's plan for rocket reusability. Moving forward, he said, Falcon 9 should be able to fly 10 times with minimal refurbishment between missions and, with more intense work, multitudes more than that.
