The five officers - German Barrios, Leonel Alvarez, Armando Franco, Juan Sahagun, and Detective Art Cabello escorted the American flag and torch through Tulare's downtown during a two-mile run Monday morning. Tulare was one of nine law enforcement agencies representing the county, a visiting point for the torch and banner to this year's event. The Summer Games @ Home, which will be held virtually, begins June 21 through July 2.
