I would like to thank the Chinese Presidency for organising this important meeting today. Estonia has always been a firm supporter of a rules-based international order build on the understanding of respect for and promotion of international law, including human rights law and international humanitarian law, democracy, rule of law and fight against impunity. The COVID-19 pandemic has only highlighted why we need this method of diplomacy.
