Representational image  New Delhi: Electric car maker Tesla to route its India Investment through the jurisdiction of the Netherlands, which is tax-friendly, in an exception to the general trend. Tesla Motors Amsterdam is the parent company for Tesla Motors and Energy, India, the Economic Times mentioned in a report citing company’s incorporation documents. This corporate structure in India would offer Tesla tax benefits related to capital gains and dividend payments, say experts.
