Thousands of East Texans without power after Sunday storms Power is out in some areas. According to the outage map on the Oncor website, the lion’s share of the company’s power outages is in Angelina and Nacogdoches counties, which had 2,190 and 3,365 outages, respectively. As of 6:00 a.m. Monday, Oncor’s outages also include 3 in Anderson County; 4 in Houston County; and 17 in Cherokee County.
