TKH Security (formerly Park Assist) has been awarded the parking guidance system (PGS) contract for Arsenal Yards in Watertown, Massachusetts. Arsenal Yards, the joint development of Boylston Properties and The Wilder Companies, is a 1 million-square-foot state-of-the-art mixed-use development in the heart of Watertown's East End. With unique dining, boutiques, brand-name retail shops, entertainment, a Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, modern apartments, and three eventual life science buildings, this destination caters to various employees, residents, and visitors. Eager to enhance the parking journey at this new development and provide additional guidance and security, Boylston Properties selected TKH Security to install its M4 system in its second garage at Arsenal Yards, ensuring that all patrons are treated to a world-class parking experience.
