 Today the American Trucking Associations' Technology & Maintenance Council announces the launch of a new partnership with Decisiv to produce a benchmarking tool designed to track key performance indicators for commercial vehicle parts and labor based on the Council's Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards.
