grandma sometimes doesn't remember that i am her granddaughter. but she does know that she is loved, by all of us. i don't know if you realise how vital you are, because you and megan, your sister, are the highlight of her life, when you come in, her mood lifts. lots of young people have relatives with alzheimer's and it can be frightening at first, i believe that young people have a part to play and i know that having an active role in my grandma's care makes both of us feel better. now that was really powerful, wasn't it. our next report is from 12—year—old kiran, who's from stonehaven in scotland. kiran chose to report on how her community centre is helping local people during the cost of living crisis. hi, i'm kiran and i'm a bbc young reporter. i am here in the haven community larder in stonehaven. the haven began life as a well—being
