there has been considerable achievements in the context that we have now, for example, a very educated population. it's a very young population. and that presents both opportunities and challenges for the leadership and for the successive governments. there have been challenges on the political front. we had the hirak movement, the pro—democracy movement a couple of years ago, which was was the first time in the history of the nation that you had such a unified, large scale protest movement. and what we see now is a government abdelmadjid tebboune that rhetorically at least endorses the hirak. it says that it aligns itself with the hierarchy�*s demand for greater democracy and for a fuller, more prosperous future that is more equal. but, of course, you know, within the opposition and within the hirak movement itself, there's still a lot of criticism and a lot of impatience with the fact
