i think he is being fatalistic. i am less fatalistic. i think there are two big reasons not to let it rip. there are lots and lots of reasons. but number one is it is still -- omicron is killing people. you know, 1800 deaths today. probably most of them from omicron. many more will die. to let it rip intentionally would get a whole lot of people sick faster, and we would lose a lot of people especially those with weakened immune systems. the second is it is nuts to just let a virus go loose. we don't know enough about this virus. it tells us every three or four months we don't know beans about it. just to let it loose is like letting your puppy loose into traffic. i mean, just don't do it because you have no clue. you have no control over the puppy. you have no control over the virus. you just don't do it. it is sort of a -- >> well, you talked about that.
