when you have somebody like mr. trump and apparently he's getting his legal bills paid i think the open question is whether he would provide information and flip. to the extent that hasn't happened you see the pressures upon him. that pressure being you are now a codefendant, sir in a federal case that is huge. so at an arraignment what you're doing you have the right to be apprised specifically of what the charges are. you have a right to plead not guilty. obviously dates are set for exchange of discovery and for you to get on the calendar with your codefendants to go to trial. and obviously, the bail conditions with respect to whether or not you'll number custody, out of custody. it's not expected that he'll be remanded. meaning remain in custody pending the charges like his other codefendants. but this is a significant development and adds another person to the mix to establish the government's case against the president he is the one they are really looking for, they being the government. >> and the mix here, i think the
