i would be shocked if the department of justice doesn't fairly quickly hold him and decide to prosecutor and take him to a grand jury and come up with an indictment. do you subscribe to the view that it's taking the department of just too long to put together a tay, taking too long to look at the former president? >> you know, the process doesn't move swiftly. it never has, never will, and probably never should. you have to be careful when you put the entire weight of the u.s. government behind somebody in a criminal case. i think that care is always appropriate. what we don't know is what they are or are not doing with donald trump. is there an investigation going on? is a grand jury looking at him?
