it's interesting. i was speaking to this world-renowned ballerina the other day, who has since retired, just about the stress she had gone through. and she had a good perspective. she said, you know, there's this constant pressure to be better. but it's important to look at it as not coming from a deficit but a point of confidence. but there's tremendous pressure all the way around that is unique to sports that athletes deal with. tell us a little bit more about that kind of pressure specific to them. >> well, today, with social media and the advancement of social media, has put tremendous -- high expectations on young athletes all the way down to high school. whatever they do in their athletic world is seen everywhere. so people will comment on it. i've worked with a number of nfl players, professional athletes. i told them off to get off social media when they're competing. the problem is if they miss a kick, strikeout, miss a shot, everyone is going to tell them how awful they are. if they make it, they will tell
