driver. you met with the governor yesterday. maybe you could shed some light. any indication he would consider granting clemency? >> good morning. i met with the governor of colorado yesterday on behalf of those 5 million people who signed the petition and the family, his mother was with us yesterday. this is a man who woke up that morning to go to work, feed his family. he has a 5-year-old son. he wasn't drunk or intoxicated. the brakes went out on his vehicle and it could happen to anybody. it created a tragic accident. people died and it was a bad accident but it was an accident. it should have been to civil court. not criminal court. a guy never done anything in his life wrong. he doesn't smoke or drink and he goes to church. he got 110 years in his first offense. we believe it's excessive and needs to be realized by the governor. >> julie: the jefferson county
