According to peters the young man was campaigning for student government. He was trying to gain more votes. Ironically, when a student takes on a leadership role, he or she signs a behavior contract, promising to be a role model for others, pierce says initially the school told him he could no longer be in a leadership roam. Thats when his parents took legal action. The School District admitted they were forced to comply. And when students exercise those First Amendment rights, how it makes other students feel. Tang worked with the spca to design a tag that reminds people to scoop the poop. Its a big problem in the city. The city is home to 200,000 dogs, not all dog owners are mind. Of their pet s. The spca will hand out free poop bags during dog adoption, they will have more information on picking up dog waste. Doing owners can be fined 320 for not immediately picking up the doing poop.
