Nobody got hurt, and police dont have any suspects. The only victim, if you want to call it that, may have been this white audi that was parked along polk street. It belongs to majors girlfriend. Turns out we came outside to put something in the car, and then came to find out her car got shot. They filed an insurance claim, and have an apparaiser comign out on monday. As far as they know, theirs was the only car damaged. But other neighbors noticed some markings on garage doors that they hadnt seen before. Oh, that looks like a bullet hole. Firefighters say 35 people who temporarily evacuated because of the crane have returned to the area. Power has also been restored to homes in the area. And firefighters say all hot spots have been put out. No one was injured but the flames damaged four townhouses next to the construction site. Its unknown what started the fire. james a child is still in serious condition this morning after a house fire in oakland. The blaze happened around 2 00 saturday morning. The home was located near 73rd and bancroft. Firefighters found the child trapped in the back of building and rushed the child to the hospital. The fire was put out in 20 minutes. The cause of the fire remains under investigation this morning. james a group of teens are cited at a bart station after they allegedly beat a man on a train. This happaned around 3 40 saturday afternoon at the colma bart station. Police say the suspects fled to a nearby neighborhood but were quickly detained by officers. At that point, the victim identified the attackers. Four of them were cited for battery and were released to their parents. The fifth suspect was not involved in the attack and was released without being cited. We spoke with passengers. Nobody knows. Thats life.
