Dead and two others injured has been released from police custody. Officers arrested 24yearold Jonathan Santos just minutes after the deadly shooting that happened in San Franciscos oceanview neighborhood. The shooting killed 65year old lian wu, a neighborhood resident who had been walking to a bus stop at the time. Two men were also injured. Santos was intially booked into jail without bail on suspicion of murder. But has now been released without charges pending further investigation. vicki police are investigating after a toddler drowned in a concord Swimming Pool yesterday. We are now learning more about the 1 yearold girl who was killed. The child has been identified as molly scott from walnut creek. The toddler was originally reported missing by relatives. When Police Arrived to the residence they found the one yearold unconscious in the backyard Swimming Pool. The toddler did not live at the home on leland way where she was found. Officers performed cpr until paramedics arrived, however the child was pronounced dead at the hospital. The pool is surrounded by a tall fence. Police do not yet know how the child got through the barrier. jrs police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a man over the weekend in antioch. Police say 23 yearold David Pearson died after being shot on k street last night. Officers were called to the area after someone heard gunshots. Thats when they found pearson on the ground with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. He died though a short time later. Police are still investigating the shooting and have not yet released a suspect discription. jrs happening tomorrow. The man accused of drugging and sexually assualting a 13 yearold girl is set to make his first court appearance. 50yearold timothy marble is facing nearly a dozen felony charges. It started over the weekend when deputies responded to a call in bodega bay. Thats where they say marble told them his passenger had jumped out of his car while it was moving. They discovered the girl in the bushes, who claimed marble had raped her. The girl told deputies she had run away from home on thursday, and was picked up by marble at a gas station in the middle of the night. An arrest report says marble tied the girl to a tree in the country and sexually assaulted her. Detectives say marble carved his own name into the girls skin with a knife. Deputies also say marble convinced the girl to take meth, and injected her with it. Marble is due in Sonoma CountyCourt Tomorrow afternoon. vicki we now know what caused a multicar crash that injured 14 people and shut down part of highway 4 in antioch over the weekend. This happened around 6 00 saturday night on the westbound lanes of highway four, between the a street and hillcrest offramps. Chp says a toyota sedan, with 7 people inside stopped on the highway behind a bumper that was in the roadway. Thats when a minivan with three people inside hit it, setting off a chainreaction crash. Four people were airlifted to the hospital. One of them, a 14year old girl remains in critical condition. jrs moving to the south bay. We now know the name of the man who died in a traffic collision that also injured a 10yearold girl. Police have identified the driver as Bornking Moseley. The crash happened friday morning in san jose on park avenue, just west of the Downtown Business district. Officers say mosleys vehcile crashed into the back of a bigrig. He died at the scene and the young girl escaped with only minor injuries. The driver of the bigrig remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigation. vicki a hike in gas taxes and vehicle fees in the state of california cleared a major hurdle today. A California Senate panel advanced a proposal that would fix roads across the state that have been damaged by recent storms.
