If it is a desk top go in there and take out any component like the graphics cards and you want to wipe them off with alcohol and a little q tip and that will clean it up and you want to make sure it dries out before you power it back up. And clean it because that alcohol will evaporate and take all of the junk with it but if you dont use alcohol and you use water you will mess it up more. Got it.
