Proposition 64 lays out the basics of the regulatory scheme and quite a lot of detail. Is there opportunities for people who come in from out of state to make a living off the industry or is it going to be sucked up by a few that are already entrenched . Proposition 64 reserves cannabis licenses for residents of california that have lived in the state for at least 2 years. With that single restriction, other than that single restriction this is a passage of 64 and it will open up a wide range of Economic Opportunity for investors, entrepreneurs, it will create tens of thousands of jobs statewide. From a practical standpoint if someone is sitting at home saying i would like to smoke some pot, i have not done it in work they did not want to break the law, it is still a bit tricky how to get your hands on it legally .
