You can see traffic is simply at a standstill right now. As we push down here, you can see all those flashing lights. Those are the

crash involving a total of seven cars. For some video from a short time ago. We understand one of those cars burst into flames this morning. We also do understand that at least one person had to be freed from a car. That was involved in this crash. Had to be freed with the jaws of life by

. Several people have been injured out here. We do understand, but the chp has not been able to tell us the severity of those injuries this morning. But again, the big concern this morning is the fact that this freeway, northbound lanes, all of the northbound lanes remained blocked because of this crash, and they will remain closed for quite some time we do understand south caltrans crews going to make its way out here to take a closer look of the freeway and see what kind of damage was done as a result of this crash. An alert in effect for this area, and all the northbound lanes of 880 will remained shut down for sometime. Obviously some time. hears arguments that could lead to the legalization of samesex marriage nationwide. Long lines began forming outside the court over the weekend by people hoping to witness with history. The justices are taking up kentucky michigan, ohio and tennessee four of the remaining 13 states that still outlaw samesex marriages. Many experts believe the court is ready to roll that its unconstitutional to prohibit gay people from getting married. I think theres good reason to take that position, and thats because the logic of the

s gayrights ruling has said very squarely, gays cannot be targeted, targeted, they cannot be stigmatized they cannot be subjected to special, unequal treatment. Of their basic liberties cannot be denied. Now, the court will decide two issues. Should states be allowed to ban samesex marriage . And will states recognize same sex marriages from other states. Today the justices are only hearing from attorneys that are they are not expected to issue a ruling until june.
