The former stanford student, sentence today just six months in jail for sexually assaulting a woman outside of a campus party. And now turner only had to serve half of his sentence because he had no prior criminal history. And now the judge in the case, who handed down the sentence is facing a recall effort right now. Now the santa clara sheriff says that brock turner will not get any special treatment. We are actually anticipating a lot of people. I know a lot of media, but i think protestors, too, and he will be leaving the jail exactly as everyone else does through the doors, at a normal release time. Reporter and once he is let out. Turner is planning on serving his threes of probation in ohio, his home state. He will be require today register as a sex offender once he is released from custody. Turner again is expected to walk out of the county jail. The time of release will be between about 5 00 a. M. In the morning and 9 00 a. M. In the morning. But the Sheriffs Office<\/a> says that deputies came up and there was a domestic dispute and the women were interferes. They are facing up to a year in jail. And it also prevents the daughter from going on with an Excessive Force<\/a> lawsuit. Fremont police are hoping this footage is going to help them identify and arrest the men who broke into a home. You can see five armed men waiting inside of a home sunday night, apparently hoping that the homeowners would return. But it turns out that the family was away at dinner. They called the police after their Security System<\/a> alerted them. They called their neighbor as well. He said there are people in my house with guns and Something Like<\/a> that. And i think that plays well, probably in the Latino Community<\/a> and other communities, not to the broader sense, he has failed to connect with latinos and others in our society. But what he did yesterday was very good. Well, do you think it was a turning point . It was a big day from the sand point that he made a diplomatic trip. He spoke with the top official in another country and then he hopped back across the border and gave a policy speech. So i think it was a very good day for donald trump, frankly, mike, i think we will see a bump in the national polling. But, a reminder, a reminder that you know, this is a state by state election, not a popular vote election nationally. But, the polls, i think will reflect people thinking that he had a very good day yesterday. State by state election, and arizona is a very big state, probably a reason that he gave the speech there.
