New from overnight, an investigation in concord after police found a woman on the side of a busy road last night about 10 45. The police arent saying much about what happened out there. Witnesses say Emergency Responders performed cpr on the woman but we dont know her condition. Police plan to tell us more about the investigation later this morning. Meantime a man was seriously burned last night right here. His motor home exploded and burst into flames about 10 40 at a Public Storage complex. The man was seen running from that burning r v which was already ungulfed in flames and firefighters say a gas can was nearby. The unidentified man is in Critical Condition with second and third degree burns over 80 of his body. Our investigators are looking for the exact cause of that fire. Police say a 36year old man killed himself and his 8ier old daughter in a small parking lot. A woman called 911 yesterday afternoon to say her husband had been making threats. Police found the man and daughter inside a car suffering from from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Eventually the Police Caught up to them near 103rd avenue in oakland and they arrested a woman and detained several other people. One of our viewers posted this video on our Facebook Page showing several motorcyclists and atvs doing wheellies westbound on the bay bridge. A chp officer pulled up behind them but we dont know if the officer was able to stop the riders. No word on whether this incident involved the same group detained in oakland. Time is 7 13. The department of justice announced it will extend its oversight of the San Francisco police reforms. The service says at the request of chief Williams Scott it will extend its oversight that the San FranciscoPolice Department through june. The federal review of San Franciscos Police Department began early last year. Back in october a list of recommended reforms was released. Some have been implements and others still being considered by the police commission. San Francisco May create its own department of cannabis. San francisco expects a flad of people to get into the Recreational Marijuana business when it becomes legal in california next january. The supervisor wants a seven Member Commission and a cannabis director and staff. The paper says the commission would approve permits for commercial cannabis businesses and when to suspend those permits. She wants the commission in place before the first of july so it can be worked into San Franciscos next budget. San diego is using a mouth flop device to catch drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Its called a draco 5,000 and it used sa sly r lie va samples to determine if one is using marijuana, cocaine and other drugs. Theyre now the second California City after los angeles to use it.
